Refund and Cancellation Policy

The monthly plan is billed in advance. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your plan then stays active until the end of the paid month and does not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Money you add to your balance is used for metered voice and WhatsApp usage as it happens. Unused balance is refundable on cancellation - see below. Amounts already consumed are not refundable.

When you cancel, we settle your account and refund any unused balance to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If a payment failed or you were charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.

Open Settings → Cancel service in your dashboard, or message us on WhatsApp. We will confirm what happens to your number and how to export your data before anything is switched off.
