Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 August 2026
This policy explains how Kriyadesk Technologies Private Limited handles personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who is responsible for your data
For a business's own customer data (callers, message contacts, bookings), the business is the data fiduciary and Kriyadesk is its processor - we handle that data on the business's instructions. For our direct relationship with the business, we are the fiduciary.
What we collect
Account details of the business and its staff; call metadata, recordings (only if the business enables recording, with a spoken notice to callers), transcripts, and messages needed to run the service; and payment information handled by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To answer and route calls, book appointments, send permitted messages, meter usage and bill for it, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
AI disclosure and recording
Kriyadesk always identifies itself as an assistant at the start of a call and first message. Where call recording is on, callers are told at the start; this notice cannot be disabled while recording is on.
Your rights
Individuals may ask the business they contacted to access or delete their data. Businesses can delete a customer's data from the dashboard, which removes it from calls, transcripts, recordings, and messages. Contact privacy@kriyadesk.in for help.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal requirements, then delete it. We use encryption in transit and access controls; every consequential action in our console is logged.
